Building regulations approval for a new commercial building which will provide a base for a Cornish furniture manufacturer, and an interior design studio / office.

The site at Polhigey Mine is steeped in Cornish industrial history, being operational in the 19th and early 20th centuries. It was one of Cornwall's leading tin mines, and among the first to be powered by electricity.
