BONE MILL

Planning consent for the conversion and extension of a non-designated heritage asset. A former 'Bone Mill' that dates back to circa.1840, which would have been powered by a water wheel to crush animal bones to be used as a soil fertiliser.

This redundant building, currently a ruin, will enter a new chapter of life as a residential dwelling, which will ensure the historic building is restored and used once more.
